Exciting news for our customers: updates to our new administration portal have gone live! The new myEAS has undergone a lot of improvements both aesthetically as well as under the hood.
Powerful functionality made easy
The new myEAS has the functionality you have come to appreciate – from administrative tools to reporting and monitoring – now in a more accessible, streamlined layout. The available booked services are quickly accessible from the main menu. All recent news, press releases, and pertinent EAS information are listed in a feed. Additionally, any planned maintenance is quickly visible at a glance.
In-flight monitoring
Completely new, you can now track the status of outbound fax transmissions in real time. Find and monitor outgoing faxes, including the detailed status information of each fax. Fax jobs will be visible during processing and until a few minutes after the job is marked as “finished”.
Next level outbound reporting
We have taken the insightful outbound reporting capabilities of the EAS portal and made it even more dynamic. Beyond a more intuitive and cleaner design, the user experience and functionality has been improved as well. Easily create specific queries for date ranges and filter on various parameters (e.g. country, status, billing code, or service). Use a query often? Save it as a favorite or download the data for even further analysis.
