The WildFire® malware prevention technology from Palo Alto Networks is now part of Retarus’ comprehensive email security portfolio.
The global information logistics company has chosen the “WF-500” appliance to provide customers with an even higher level of security as part of its Advanced Threat Protection, or ATP, capabilities.
Retarus has developed its very own infrastructure offering using WildFire appliances from Palo Alto Networks. The company currently operates one of the largest “WF-500” farms in Europe with data centers in Munich and Frankfurt am Main.
“Email is and will remain the main gateway for IT threats in businesses around the globe. We are therefore constantly looking for ways to better protect our customers from current risks. Sandboxing is a central component of our holistic e-mail security approach,” explains Roland Augustin, vice president strategy at Retarus. “Following the successful integration of the WildFire devices into our services, we have a strong relationship with Palo Alto Networks.”
