Another year, another massive healthcare messaging success. This April, Retarus returned to Chicago and the crystal waters of Lake Michigan for yet another year of the HIMSS convention. The Retarus booth was the golden ticket for many who were looking to modernize their messaging infrastructure. And we reached a record number of people this year!
Many healthcare giants are leaving behind their obsolete fax servers and on-premises infrastructure, with Retarus perfectly placed to step in and aid their transition to the cloud. Numerous Retarus partners were in attendance as well including representatives from SoftwareOne, a trusted advisor for cloud transformation. Retarus and our partner SoftwareOne used HIMSS as an opportunity to discuss potential healthcare industry growth areas for our valuable partnership. Together, Retarus and SoftwareOne have become the industry standard for healthcare enterprises to update their fax capabilities to the cutting edge.
Likewise, in the UCaaS space, Retarus met with Genesys to lay the groundwork for an exciting partnership between two messaging power players. Both Genesys and SoftwareOne have service level agreements (SLAs) that are as comprehensive as Retarus, and both work on a global scale: the SoftwareOne partnership, for example, began in the DACH region, Retarus’ home turf, and has since grown to a worldwide cooperation. As always, Retarus provides our best-in-class cloud platform, integrating seamlessly with SoftwareOne products, as it does with customers’ tools of choice, from full Epic integration to interfacing with M365, Google Workspace, and more — with top-notch improved reporting to boot.
But the convention also saw many other new faces come by the Retarus booth. Our Retarus-branded cube puzzles were a huge hit and the start of many interesting conversations. Retarus team members Sweta Patel, Tim Armstrong, Yegor Ivlev, Charles Ezzi, and Jim Blum were there to forge new contacts and introduce major players in the healthcare space to Retarus’ state-of-the-art cloud-based messaging solutions.
Across the board, healthcare industry representatives reiterated the ever-increasing need for reliable, secure, and automated communications infrastructures.
