The side panel includes the necessary text fields to allow users to easily enter recipients, as well as check boxes for toggling specific features and settings, even enabling the user to fax attachments only, or to schedule fax transmissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, the Retarus Cloud Fax Add-In for Outlook also increases transparency on the inbound side: After selecting a fax received in Outlook in their inbox and clicking the \u201cRead Fax\u201d button, a side panel displays to the user all the fax details including the sender number, at what number it was received, when it was sent, the number of pages, and many other transmission and archiving details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-streamlined-processes-and-full-control-for-admins\">Streamlined processes and full control for admins<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The new Add-In makes sending faxes from Microsoft Outlook easier and more intuitive than ever before.
