This Tuesday, Retarus officially celebrated the opening of its new Global Service and Support Center in Erfurt with great ceremony. From their new premises in the \u201cTh\u00fcringen-B\u00fcro-Park\u201d (Th\u00fcringen Office Park), Retarus staff will carry out a comprehensive range of services for Retarus\u2019 corporate customers around the globe. The opening ceremony was attended by the Thuringian Minister for Trade and Industry, Wolfgang Tiefensee (SPD), as well as representatives from the Development Organization (Landesentwicklungsgesellschaft) for the State of Th\u00fcringen and the Erfurt Municipality. Alongside the existing customer service team, which will initially comprise 15 specialists, several other departments will successively be established in Erfurt. It is planned that they will eventually take over the technical set-up process for new customers and perform change requests for existing IT services. This means that after Munich and Secaucus, NJ (USA), Erfurt has now become the company\u2019s third largest site worldwide. All told, the new offices have already been designed for more than 30 workers and are intended to facilitate and actively promote Retarus\u2019 continued growth.
On Tuesday, reports on the new Retarus offices already appeared on the MDR TV channel in its \u201cTh\u00fcringen Journal\u201d program and in the local \u201cTh\u00fcringer Allgemeine\u201d newspaper<\/a>, as well as various local publications.
