On Saturday, February 25th, Retarus and our partner, Engaged, both sponsored and participated in Olympia Titan Fundraisings’ ‘Olympia Titan Golf Scramble’ annual fundraising initiative. Based at Stoneybrook West Golf Club, in Winter Garden, Florida, Retarus sponsored a hole as a donation towards supporting Olympia High School’s athletic programs. This program relies heavily on the generous volunteers and donations that help to give children the opportunity to learn, thrive, grow and compete in their chosen athletic field. This year, once again, the program was a rousing success. In addition to sponsoring the golf tournament, Retarus and Engaged received recognition during the awards ceremony, after the event. Led by the Engaged Team of Charles Morton, CEO, and Ted Berg, COO, the Retarus Group had a great day of golf, finishing the day ranked in first place. Steve MacDiarmid, President & CEO of retarus Inc. said, “We want to thank Steve Wubker [President & CEO at Transaction Data Systems, Inc.] for creating this wonderful event. We are proud to be a part of this organization and contribute to raising over $20,000 for the local high school athletics program. These types of initiatives are very important to show our support for our partners, and our communities, and I am happy that we were able to take part this year.” The greatest success is more than only economic.
