The operational status of all Retarus services is openly visible by means of a web portal.
Retarus’ Status Page is most easily accessed directly using the URL http://status.retarus.io. The “Retarus System Status” link in the footer of our web pages can also be used to navigate to the new status page.
The status page displays, virtually in real-time, the availability of the various Retarus services in the data centers which form part of our Information Delivery Platform – as a quick overview on the world map or in more detail below for each service individually. It also allows the incident history of the past seven days to be called up.
Retarus’ cloud-based managed services are operated in our own data centers – with our own hardware, multi-tenant software developed in-house, physical security and restricted access. As the complex requirements for modern business communication cannot be fulfilled by one carrier alone, Retarus has put together the ideal combination of Tier 1 carriers and local network providers. Retarus exclusively uses equipment that meets the most exacting demands regarding performance and fail-safety – for instance Sonus components, which are otherwise only utilized by the giant telecommunications network providers.
