Retarus has attained TX-RAMP Level 2 Certification, the highest level available under the current TX-RAMP framework. Retarus’ Cloud Fax Solution is now certified to process, store or transmit agency data that is determined to be confidential and either a moderate or high impact information resource.
This certification means that State of Texas agencies, as well as companies working with data from these agencies, can now depend on Retarus’ industry-leading digital fax technology to ensure greater security in communications while optimizing costs.
Created in 2021, the Texas Risk and Authorization Management Program (TX-RAMP) is designed to protect state data from cybersecurity threats by ensuring that cloud services used by state agencies meet security and privacy requirements. To receive TX-RAMP certification, cloud-based solutions providers must comply with a framework established by the Texas Department of Information Resources.
