Native add-in makes faxing simple
Retarus’ Cloud Fax Add-In for Outlook adds a “Send Fax” button to email windows which opens an intuitive side panel that facilitates the sending of a fax via email. The side panel includes the necessary text fields to allow users to easily enter recipients, as well as check boxes for toggling specific features and settings, even enabling the user to fax attachments only, without the email body or subject line. Furthermore, users can assign individual faxes to specific cost centers. Advanced admin features are easily accessible via the Outlook Add-In as well.
Additionally, users can also easily reply to faxes received in Outlook by using the Add-In. After selecting the fax in their inbox and then clicking the button, a side panel displays to the user all the fax details including the sender number, at what number it was received, when it was sent, the number of pages, and many other transmission and archiving details.
Streamlined processes and full control for admins
The new Add-In makes sending faxes from Microsoft Outlook easier and more intuitive than ever before. Users no longer having to remember the fax domain, being able copy and paste multiple fax numbers at once, and having the option to access special commands and transmission options with only a few clicks can streamline processes significantly.
All this makes the Cloud Fax Add-In for Outlook particularly valuable to organizations that have a large number of Email-to-Fax users, or users that are faxing infrequently. With the natively integrated, straightforward interface, faxing becomes much more intuitive and easier to remember.
