The\u00a0<strong>Enterprise Fax Portal<\/strong>\u00a0opens the door to completely new use cases that require collaborative fax processing, while also providing clear benefits when it comes to cost efficiency and compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.retarus.com\/us\/services\/fax\/enterprise-fax-portal\/\">Enterprise Fax Portal<\/a>\u00a0enables organizations to send, receive and manage faxes via a web browser. It operates on the concept of faxboxes to which multiple users and fax numbers can be assigned. This allows companies, for example, to combine fax numbers from several countries for a centralized support team. Within a faxbox, folders can be set up to allow inbound faxes to be sorted as they are received. Faxes can be moved between folders, and documents can be up- or downloaded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Users, fax numbers and folders are managed via an intuitive, state-of-the-art user interface. The portal works without email and does not require any dedicated hardware or software to be installed. The web-based access is also perfectly suited to remote work and disaster recovery scenarios. One critical advantage for strictly regulated sectors such as healthcare is the fact that all their data is kept safe in highly secured storage at Retarus. Additionally, S3 buckets can be flexibly connected to the portal to enable users to push faxes directly into dedicated archives. Large organizations can opt to run several instances of the Enterprise Fax Portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new portal complements the established connections via email (Email-to-Fax\/Fax-to-Email) or APIs. It also offers partners a helpful standalone product that does not require complex integration at the customer site.
