Michael Frischauf appointed new Country Manager in Austria
CEO of BT Austria joins Retarus
Madrid, 02/02/2016 // Michael Frischauf has taken over as head of Retarus’ Austrian subsidiary with immediate effect. After serving for many years as CEO of BT Austria, he will now be responsible for maintaining the successful development of the global messaging provider and continuing to build on customer relationships in the Austrian and Eastern European market. Frischauf succeeds Oliver Prevrhal, who recently took over as Managing Director of Retarus’ Asian headquarters in Singapore.
Prior to changing to Retarus, Michael Frischauf was for many years the CEO of the Austrian subsidiary of British Telecom, where his duties included responsibility for the regional sales and partnership business. Previously, the 43-year-old top industry specialist worked for renowned ITC companies, including T-Systems Austria, KPNQwest and Orange Business Service.

Before this appointment the Vienna office was headed up by Oliver Prevrhal for many years, who successfully built up the Austrian subsidiary during his time in charge. Since the end of last year Prevrhal has taken over as Managing Director for the company’s Asian subsidiary.
